Well said. I think I’ll go now. But before I go, are you referring to my meal? Some unfinished project? This isn’t that specific.
I’m not entirely sure what you are referring to. I’m always working on something, there are always so many projects to do or finish up.
Is it possible that this is in reference to a to do list of sorts? In which case, is it important to finish the complete list or just a specific task on the list.
The thing is, someone is always waiting for you on something. In fact, you could be the very someone waiting for you on that. Let’s face it we are always waiting on ourselves, more so than others are waiting on us. It’s the nature of the beast. And let us not forget that good things come to those who wait, so I’ll finish it when it’s finished. I’m not going to rush this or that just to get it done.
Getting something done is only part of the solution, getting it done properly and correctly the first time is much more important. Of course, some things need to be done in a timely manner as well, but in every case, the person waiting on you, whether it be yourself or someone else, is always looking for a good job, not just a finished job.
So whether, it’s an entire to do list or a specific task, make sure your deliver a quality finished product. People are more likely to forgive a little extra time for a better end result. That’s they way it is, quality is important, not just to some people but to every one.
So, let’s finish this up now? I’ll finish it when it’s done and it meets the standards that were set, when I started this.
