Agent Palmer’s Thoughts on Destination Wedding or This Post Can’t Be Ignored Because Then the Entire Internet Would End

Destination Wedding

Destination Wedding is an interesting and superbly written film. Written and directed by Victor Levin, this film is more than the sum of its main title Destination Wedding, but it’s “unofficial title” says a lot more about where it’s at, “Destination Wedding or A Narcissist Can’t Die Because Then the Entire World Would End.”

It stars Winona Ryder and Keanu Reeves who are both fantastic, but it’s the script that speaks to me in the most incredible way.

The Story of the Short Story “The Passing of a Storyteller”

The Story of Passing of a Story Teller

This is the story of a story. The journey from challenge to the blank page to false starts to the written word, from audio to backburner to more false starts to video. This is the process by which I wrote my first complete piece of fiction in ages and what I did with it after I finished the last draft.

This is the story behind The Death of A Storyteller.

Small Oddities Throwback: A Few of my Favorite Fandoms

Beastie Boys Book is Simply Titled but Truly Their Story

Beastie Boys Book Review

There is something more authentic and honest about this book than most biographies or autobiographies. Perhaps it’s the fact that this book is a collection of essays, stories, pictures, lists, images, and other ephemera created by Mike Diamond (Mike D), Adam Horovitz (Ad Rock), and their friends, assembled together in chronological order.

Or… Perhaps it’s just the fact that the Beastie Boys are the Beastie Boys.
