The process of creating this list was just as difficult as some of the other lists I have created in the past. Certain letters came to me right away, while others required a bit of research and a process of elimination. I could easily have two A to Z lists to present to you all.

Starring Michael Caine, Noël Coward, and Benny Hill; The Italian Job from 1969 is a comic caper with heart, exuberance, and is a quintessentially British film of its time and for its time, but the stars that truly steal the film away from it’s humanity are the MINI Coopers.
Here’s the breakdown, Charlie Croker (Caine), is getting released from prison. And his friend Roger has a genius plan for a heist, that he’s been working on.

Remember Duelist the short-lived Wizards of the Coast magazine that was mainly focused on Magic: The Gathering? Yes, back in the day, I was a subscriber. And while the magazine ceases to exist, almost 20 years after it’s demise I feel it’s time to look back.

This could very well be the same list you’ve read a hundred times since the beginning of the year. Do I apologize for this? I do not. This is a geek blog and most of these movies are geek movies, it just so happens that geek has moved into and maintained its place within the mainstream.
That being said, this is my list of the 18 movies I’m most looking forward to in 2018. Enjoy, and pass the popcorn.
