What Garth Ennis has written in his short run with “Fury MAX: My War Gone By” is the perfection achieved when you cross original Nick Fury with the Samuel L. Jackson Nick Fury…
Declassify >Clearing out the clutter of my mind
I’m not sure if I’ll do this again, or if so, how often, but I’ve a lot going on in my head and just want to unload some it. Consider this a “take out the trash” post, if you will.
Some of these things will be connected, some will surely not. This just happens to be where I am at right now, so please don’t look any further into connecting these things than necessary. In all likelihood, there is no connection.
Declassify >Have you heard of Preacher? This is how I came to know Reverend Jesse Custer.
Have you read Preacher? I’m not asking because there is a show on AMC based on those comics. I’m not asking because I was on a podcast called “Preacher vs. Preacher: A Comparison Companion.” I’m asking, because it is flat out a great read!

So, with that in mind, here are just a select few of the many fictional flags/banners that geeks stand under and for.
Let’s take a look…
Declassify >Captain America: Civil War A Spoiler Free Rant.
“Can You Enjoy this in a Vacuum?”
Captain America Civil War is indeed a great popcorn movie and another strong addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). But I can’t help but wonder how much you miss if you aren’t fully absorbed into the MCU.
It has all of the action, drama, and comedy, that comes from the great writing we expect from the MCU, but it also stands like a keystone on top of everything that came before it in Phase One and Phase Two.
It has so many callbacks, not just in plot, but in dialogue, that I just have to ask, “can you enjoy this in a vacuum?”
